As Administrative Assistant of the Potsdam Lab, Cathy's duties include client relations, bookkeeping, scheduling, assisting in the lab streaking plates, marking plates, recording lab results, typing letters to farmers, and working on the Merial Project - a research project. She has an Associates Degree in Executive Secretary Program and has attended various seminars to add to her skills.

Prior to working at Quality Milk, she has worked in a veterinary office, and also grew up on a farm where she performed all aspects of farming. She is married with two sons, Brandon and Jared.
