Scott joined the Quality Milk Program in September of 1979. He is trained
in
several areas, including milking equipment testing and evaluation,
stray voltage testing, aseptic milk sample collection, and also performs
consultation with dairy operators and milking personnel. Scott has an
Associates degree from Alfred State College in Animal Science.
